“Peace Movement” is a portrait from my photography series titled #ProjectYellow, which recently debuted on November 18th, 2023. This portrait captures the fluid, expressive, and graceful dance movements that signify finally being at peace with the woman of God that I am and that I am becoming with joy, strength, and boldness.
There's something special about holding my portrait, or any of my prints for that matter, in the palm of my hand. It really brings home the reality that my work has been taken from a digital medium and realized to a physical medium. That feeling is surreal and blissful, and I wish for others to also experience the same thing when they encounter their personal photography prints.
